  1. Hi! Here's another thing to try! I am a technologist who has worked with guided meditation and binaural beats for several years. I just released a new app and mp3 album for sleep, which uses these tools to help listeners fall asleep quickly. The app uses the drone of nature sounds and layers binaural beats, isochronic pulses, and spoken word meditation on top of it.
